Card machine not working, which wasn’t signposted clearly so I waited for over 10 minutes because staff were slow, rude.

Found the nearest kfc after coming to Heathrow airport.With all respect, i am really sorry to say this. I will never ever visit this store again.We ordered the food at 9.11 pm and they are in a hurry to close the store at 10.They didnt allow us to do eat-in and made sure all chairs are moved.The toilets stinks and needs to be clean. Atleast do clean it daily. Seems like it wasnt cleaned in 2 - 3 days.Please KFC , look into this matter and make sure you appoint some capable to do the job.

KFC Sunbury is fast pace, the staff a quick so you don't hang around like some other fast food joints. The food is delicious but staff is sulky. Free parking. Deffo stop 4 a quick one! Oh other thing is you have to specify if you want a certain piece ie breast or drumsticks preference otherwise you get random small pieces ?

Not happy with sunbury-cross KFC. All the machine weren’t working meaning having to pay in cash. Staff were appalling. Food came with no popcorn chicken and sauce on a meal when asked for no sauce. Overall it wasn’t a nice meal or atmosphere.

I am not please with sunbury kfc today. I ordered and did not receive pop corn chicken. I did not check in the store as i had ordered other things too but the chips that go with it were in the box so i assumed they were in there too like usual. I arrived home without the chicken and now my 15 year old friend has gone without. The customer service is very poor nor is it efficient.

Here you are clearly ripped off..the box doesn't have everything what is described on the ad..a lot of items are missing.for the price of 9.49 which i paid i got 100 grams of fries which they were very salty and bad..a burger which it was not properly cooked..and coke..it's a terrible thing what is happening..the company to make profit is doing their best to rip off the customers..avoid this place..i will definitely do it starting now..

This branch is consistently poor with their service. We even ordered online so it will be faster but still ended waiting for a good 30 minutes! One staff politely said the wait is 6 minutes but staff kept chatting and forgot our order. Our order number was removed on the screen eventhough we haven't received the order. The order wasn't prepared not until we approached them again. If there is any other kfc branch closer we're not coming to this.

Arguably the worst KFC I have been too. I have visited this store on a number of occasions and each time all of the tables have dirty trays and litter on. The floor is covered in food and the staff come across very rude.I feel that the store is possibly understaffed which means the staff working are clearly stressed. It also means they do not have time to clean and it has lead to poor standards within.Whilst there the manned till was taking cash only with the digital kiosks taking card. That is understandable to a point I believe as it frees up staff. However I witnessed one person made to wait over 15 minutes to make their order due to a lack of staff. There was 1 person behind the counter and it was 15:30.The atmosphere was tense and uninviting making me want to leave as soon as possible. The food was ok but the chicken was dry in my burger.
