It took 30 mins for them to take our order and then took over an hour for them to bring out the food. Items were missing, dishes were cold and unseasoned. They served us a "medium rare" steak which was still mooing on the plate. When we asked for it to be cooked more they reacted poorly and were clearly aggravated that we'd pointed out that it wasn't cooked as ordered.Portion sizes were laughable.A real shame as I had enjoyed this place on a previous visit.

I wish i could say it was “Alright”… but it wasn’t!I went to taco bell afterwards… at least the food was warm!It took over an hour to serve what seemed to be doritos and poundsaver guac.Overpriced, underseasoned, tasteless gloop.There are plenty of better restaurants nearby… go there!
Came here for the first time last night, Wow! what can i say, its a cute little intimate spot that was easy to find and park, the welcome was warm and staff very friendly. The food was fresh and tasty and we both enjoyed it immensely. I Recommend the Fish Tacos and Pulled pork tostadas! It was reasonably priced and would highly recommend! were already planning our next visit.

Our first time here, visiting the area. The decor was bright and authentic with fantastic Mexican art. The staff were attentive and friendly. The food and margaritas were delicious. Particularly enjoyed the green and red salsas and the tosta chips.

Very disappointing experience. Staff slow and completely uninterested, disengaged and lack of personal hygiene. Food dry, not enough sauce, extremely small portioning for the money we paid. Won’t be returning.

Fantastic Buritos, incredibly friendly staff and tasty beer!Had the pleasure of meeting the owners after the BMW PGA tournament whilst waiting for the train.Cielito is perfectly located near to the station to gran some tasty, fresh cooked food before your travels. We ordered a couple of chicken, and beef Buritos which we ate on the train.Brilliant, thank you
