Lovely coffee shop, the day I attended it was very busy but all staff were so polite and friendly. The assistant manager Owen was particularly amazing, very professional and polite will definitely be back!!!

We either go into Nero or Esquires alot, but this time we choose nero as I had to complimentary vouchers from them for the poor service previously, my partners drink was nice but I don't drink hot drinks so I ordered a milkshake the staff menu was a bit frustrated but I said to them if it's on the menu I'm allowed to order it so they said yeah and when it came it was warm no ice in it at all it was not tasty at all.

Really great, always busy but the staff are fast, helpful and friendly. Really says a lot about this place where there’s so many coffee shops but everyone comes here.

Pop into this lovely coffee bar. I don't like Coffee but the tea was very good.

On a Friday, a girl has been left to work alone all day because the manager can’t be bothered to come in supposedly? Poor girl had a queue to the door all day and so much crockery everywhere that I had to get a takeaway cup. The manager should be fired, very appalling.

Great service with really friendly and hardworking staff. Tidy, clean and welcoming even though only two trainee baristas in charge. Doing a great job!

Stopped off here for a coffee. That allow dogs and the atmosphere was relaxed and quite busy for a weekend (Though not overly) Good coffee and choice of cakes and snacks (Sandwiches etc.) Tables were kept clean regularly when we visited which is not always the case in some places. Not eaten in here for a while however for a chain I recall the cakes being nice.

I'm very disappointed that Nero doesn't cater to gluten-free people. There wasn't much choice, which was quite frustrating. Nero should up their game and start providing more gluten-free foods for customers who can not eat gluten.

An average Caffè Nero coffee, but the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Shout out to the barista who helped me with plenty of water for my thirsty dog. He went out of his way to go upstairs and find a bowl for her. Lovey coffee and fabulous service… brilliant…

The worst Caffè Nero I've been to. Was dirty inside - looks like it's not been cleaned for a while, with dried food stuck to the furniture.Cake was stale asked for a refund however the manager Ayub was extremely rude and refused to refund. Instead of resolving the issue he decided to hide in the back. After a few minutes of leaving his colleague alone, he returned to play on his phone. Supposedly he was messaging his boss on a Sunday morning to see if he could authorise the £6.50 refund. The other member of staff was willing to refund but was not trained on how to do so, she was apologetic for Ayubs behaviour and told us she is leaving due to him. Ayub definitely needs retraining and is not fit to manage the shop.In the end he processed the refund.
