Went for lunch with daughter. Service ok but food terrible- fish over cooked and Caesar salad mainly dressing . Portion size tiny and price way too high . Really sad experience as used to be good now will never go back. Left a tip not because of the meal but because daughter works in hospitality and I know staff are dependent on tips . Come on guys it really should be better than it is.

Firstly the service was friendly and decent. We have been coming here as a family for years - the food and portion sizes have been gradually dropping, but this evening was an all time low! My daughters kids lasagne was initially so small it would not feed a 2 year old - this was replaced by something slightly bigger, but still insufficient. I had the chicken and Parma ham dish, but struggled to eat it … the wine sauce was I can only describe - rancid - should have rejected it … maybe it was burnt. My wife had ravioli - ok, but once again very small portion. We also had garlic focaccia bread - unbelievably we left most of this - for £5:95 it wad Luke warm, fairly flavourless and burnt. We didn’t bother moving to desserts

We went to Carluccios for a breakfast as a special treat on Friday 13/10/23, but when the food was put in front of us everything was floating in oil - so much so that I had to try and mop up the excess oil with a serviette. The fried pancetta was undercooked and fatty, the mushrooms was swimming in oil and the eggs were fried hard - even though we requested the yolks to be soft fried. So much for our special treat - We definitely won’t be back! ??

Starters were superb. Main could have been a bit warmer. Dessert was fabulous. Service was superb.

Really underwhelming breakfast. The portions were on the small side and not very flavourful. Coffee was terrible and over priced. Served way too hot to drink and the flat white was just foam. Oat milk listed as an option on their menu but didn’t don’t have it anymore. The person that served us said it needs to be removed from the menu. Shouldn’t have menus with alternative options listed if not available

We went there together with our friends and family(group of 13) to celebrate our civil wedding, the food was spot on, reasonable sized portions and on a very convenient price. We would like to say a big thank you to Anna and Molly who provided a great customer service on the day, always helpfull and always smiling. Also thank you to the kitchen and all the other staff that made our small dinner celebration even more special. I highly recomend this establishment and definitely will return whenever we are in the area. Iwould give more stars but unfortunately 5 is maximumthank you team Walton on Thames

Looks good from far but far from good!I had chicken Milanese and was flavourless with the bread crumbs so crispy that could have been used as sandpaper the rosemary potatoes were lukewarm and definitely not freshly cooked you can only taste the garlic followed by canoli and espresso recommended by the waiter. Absolute rubbish canoli tasted really sweet and very soggy borderline old and the coffee was un drinkable.I would compare to a meal that you could have on a flight! Lastly the was a display of pastries on the counter with no cover so all the fly were having a party. Recommendation to the management if you want to run and restaurant you need to passion and understand about food.

The Food was poor quality and portion sizes were small. Luckily we had a 50% off voucher, but still a lot of money for a meal we were not happy with.

Spacious carlucccios restaurant serving Italien classics.Service was fast and friendly and food was nice. It’s a bit on the pricey side but at the moment they are doing a 50% promotion on main dishes which is excellent value.

I have eaten here before with my wife and enjoyed on a busy Sunday lunchtime. This meal was with my god-daughters and on a quiet BH Mon lunchtime. The positives - the ambience in the restaurant is relaxed and was quiet. The food, as usual, was generally tasty and well-cooked (although the linguine bolognese did not have enough meat - it was essentially just a bowl of pasta). The negatives - the staff made a couple of errors with our order, not bringing one starter at all and bringing a side order we didn't even order, then having a defensive attitude when this was brought up. Also, two of us ordered from the set lunch menu (which reduces the cost of the items compared to ordering from the main menu) but looking at our bill we were charged the full price. We were also charged for one coke which we didn't even order. This all left a bitter taste and resulted in me not leaving a tip (which for me is very rare).

Food was very average, hot by not very tasty. Service felt rushed, we had just finished starters and main was served.

Just had one of the best seafood linguine ever at Carluccio's, Walton on Thames. Beautifully presented, absolutely delicious. I will definitely be back. Was served by a lovely waitress by the name of Anna and spoke with the charming manager who is usually based at branch in Richmond. Lovely experience
