Poor customer service !When complained about a broken cake peice served to take away, one of the pleasant young staff members grabbed the bag from the hand in an unpleasant way and served different peicw and asked whether that's proper enough in a sarcastic way!I did mention to him that he seems angry and he shouldn't be serving customers with anger and he walked away.First time experiencing such a poor quality service from anywhere..I think the staff should be trained to treat people in a more pleasant way! It's not the staff members fault entirely a d it is down to the poor training delivered to staff.
