Cartons half field. Seem to be more concerned on payment method, forgot part of the order and they blamed myself. Rice, very greasy chicken balls undercooked some of the beef was really tough. definitely better. Chinese is in the area.

Been going here since they've opened never a problem until recently I went in there to query something and the woman behind the till was a bit dismissive and defensive when I said I want to see my receipt from them why my money was taken out a month later and left me overdrawn by £50 I told her I wasn't leaving until it was sorted she eventually spoke to my bank and sorted it.

We had Chinese for New Year’s Eve and our guests were vegan. When we placed the order we asked for all the food to be vegan - the restaurant called us to check on a few things to ensure we got what we wanted. And the food was delicious! My fav was the no duck pancakes and the salt & pepper no chicken. I think they could do well to have a vegan section in the menu.Vegetarian options: Listed as vegetarian but also can be vegan. Lots of nice tofu dishes and the no-duck pancakes were soooo good.

My go-to Chinese takeaway, it beats any of the takeaways in the centre of Hersham so shopping just a bit further afield was required.The prices and quality are fair and consistent. Delivery is always timely and I’ve never had any items missing from orders.

I ordered shrimp fried rice. There was barley any shrimp and there. This is a scam. They dont pick up the phone. I do not recomend this place.
We haven’t ordered from here for a while and we will definitely not order again We ordered prawn toast, ribs, squid, prawn balls, chowmein and beef oyster sauce.. the cost of £43 is what we usually pay BUT Usually we’d have had enough for all of us and left overs.. 8 prawn balls 4 prawn toast 8 bits of dry squid 5 ribs!!! Soggy over cooked noodles Portions are a joke and quality is less than a joke We called to give feed back and customer service as lacking as the food Oriental Chef 10/10

I have been a big supporter of this take away since it opened and have always found the food to be fresh, well cooked and reasonably priced but I had a bad experience a few days ago that has changed my opinion. We stopped off on our way home and ordered 4 dishes, special chow mein with extra chillI, crispy shredded beef and 2 chicken fried rice. When we got home they had got every dish wrong. Plain chicken chow mein with no chilli, crispy prawns and 2 egg fried rice. When I phoned to see what had gone wrong I was met with a very rude and abrupt staff member who blamed me for the incorrect order and refused to send out replacement dishes as their driver was too busy. She informed us that we had to return all the dishes ourselves for replacements to be issued. Won't be going back for a while which is such a shame as I like to support local business and I really enjoyed their food. Can see a growing number of negative reviews also, so it's not just me.
