Customer service at the highest level! And super delicious pastries and sandwiches!

I ordered a raspberry cream cake that cost over £30. When I received it I was shocked by how much it had shrunk compared to last year's and the quality of the raspberries was not the usual standard and they were frozen!!Very disappointed before even tasting it.

No service, dirty and the tables full of cups. Not enough

I come here every Sunday morning and it’s a great place for breakfast, great coffee and fresh sandwiches. I would particularly highlight the staff, who are very helpful, efficient and attentive. Makes my Sunday start on a high note.

One hour before closure and barely things on the shelf... Very convenient for staff, I understand, especially when shop closes at 7 and closing starting at 6 so everybody is out as quick as possibleWon't be visiting anymore, just a waste of my time

Delicious sandwiches and kind staff however some of the customers are not very kind really mean one attempted to rush me out of the toilet bye saying you took your time the staff did not seem to be bothered about this he really frightened me with the way he was speaking to

So disappointing they couldn't prepare a hot chocolate with any milk alternative... Such an usual ask every other coffee shop in London can

OVERPRICED! and you pay between £1and £1.5 to eat in.I don't think that the food and the cakes are fantastic or exceptional...They want to give the image of a traditional patisserie (Artisans Patissiers) but we all know that nothing is made in there, everything comes in boxes (except the sandwiches maybe???)and then baked in the ovens like everywhere else, so there is no justification for such prices. The quality is not the same anymore, they often sell stale croissants / Viennoiseries and cakes that are not fresh, especially if you go in the morning, be sure that they will serve the old stuff first! The hygiene is another problem, the chairs are discusting, the floor seems to be never cleaned, same thing with the trays...I also don't like how some Managers treat the young trainees.A lot needs to be done in term of quality/price.

It was very, very expensive. Ordered a strawberry ? flan, and it was tarte and frankly inadequate. Service was basic and almost hostile. Coffee ok. The heat ? in the room was sweltering. I will never go back, and I don't recommend this place unless u enjoy that sort of thing, and u have money to burn.Parking: Paul's is in the Eden walk shopping centre. There is a multi storey car park with 2 sets of lifts.

Extremely disappointed to be served stale croissants today in the morning. The coffee was good though.

The furniture is looking really tired. Varnish is patchy on the tables, the chairs are filthy and sagging. The floors are dirty with old trodden in dirt. This place could really do with a refresh.

- A nice branch of Paul.- Staff members are generally very kind.- You get what you expect from Paul in a positive way.- The quality of coffee could vary slightly from barista to barista, but it seems to have settled down recently.- It is convenient to use the app as well.- This is also a good place for ‘too good to go’ as they are generous in giving bread and pastries.

small paul store in kingstonThe atmosphere is nice and it's the best hot chocolate I've had in London! From now on, I will only eat hot chocolate here!? Of course, the bakery was also delicious!

I think this will be my last visit to PAUL in Kingston. The food tempts me in but the staff are so offhand. I have been here at least 3 times in the last couple of months and have never seen the same member of staff. As I have been there on my own, I also observe the staff dealing with other customers. The fruit tart today felt that it might have dried out from being on display, however the fruit and the creme patisserie was gorgeous.
