Great, delicious food as always. This is such a novel restaurant, where you choose the type of bread you want from a very good selection, my favourite is Italian Herb which I've not been able to find the same anywhere else. Then the main, again with a lot of choices. My favourites are the Baller and Taco (they actually put Doritos in - crunchy and delicious). You can then choose to have it heated in an oven, only takes seconds, melts.. yummy... Then as many toppings as you like from a very varied and cool selection from olives to lettuce and everything in between. Then a sauce. I've never had a sauce myself, because I'm not into sauces. But my friend does and loves them.The service I've always found to be very professional and accommodating.The atmosphere is very café like and relaxed. Deco is always welcoming and doesn't look too fast food. Prices are decent.

This is the worst subway I have ever ordered from no meat in the Italian bmt also sandwiches all smashed up cookies broken they sent 6 inches instead of foot long it's an absolute joke who ever made these should quit today and let someone else who can actually do the job work there

Very expensive nearly ten pounds. One foot long roll meal deal with choice 2 other foods. You may say WOW no the bread was very soft so light and not filling. The fillings were not covered to prevent deterioration of nutrition.There are many filling choices, health options. So that is good.I won't recommend. I could have got a nice hot homemade meal at a cafe for the same money.Vegetarian options: Mainly cheese not sure if they had tofu or any other meat substitute.

I called this place six times to ask what happened to my missing items from my order and the man on the other line kept hanging up and when I asked to speak to his manager he said he wasn’t the manager and I said okay put your manager on the phone I would like to speak with he/she and guess what he hanged up again !!!! Not impressed at all

I really love to share my experience I was in bad mood this evening the guy make my evening..awesome No words to express my love towards him over the years and it’s always been good, especially the service. There is a particular smart guy who is particularly good at his job, if you’ve been you’ll know who I mean!The only reason I’ve not given it 5 stars is the wait to get in!

About 4 months ago I went he for a foot long sandwich. I had Terrible food poisoning symptoms afterwards and reported them to Elmbridge Food and Safety. I would not recommend as can't trust the hygiene practices of staff.

The manager at this walton branch has no customer service he will argue his point and then walks away the door says they open at 7 am google says 0730 but they don’t open till close to 0830 everyday and when mentioned they just say yes well we open past 8

First time I have collected from subway Walton.It has a 5 star food and hygiene on the window. The inside of the store could do with updating as the seats are ripped and shabby.It has a very large seating area and everything you will find in a subwayIn all, nice friendly staff.

Sandwich flat, not much enthusiasm from staff. A bit dead inside that place. Needs a revamping. Music? Happy jovial staff? Something please. Went there again last week. It was still dead, I stood there for a while, and nobody came. After a while the ovens alarm goes off, a person emerged, barely looked at me and just attended to the ovens. After some more time he eventually came to me, no greeting certainly no apology. I mean common, its about time for management to sort out this branch and resurrect it before it just fades into oblivion.
