Absolutely disgusting service with the worst poor customer service management which I ever seen!!! Extremely rude customer service which are even illegal!!!! Would not recommend this horror film place to nobody! Fix your workers and then provide service ;)

Worst management, the toilet is always out of service, it’s illegal, they are using the out of service sign as a loophole, it cant be out of service all year round.

Toilets are disgusting. It takes just opening the door to smell the urine. No soap in the women cabin.I wonder whether this is something that should be considered by the hygiene standards of the UK to provide hygiene in all toilets, especially in petrol stations.Had some warm food at 6:30pm - either can be chosen from cheese and onion pastry or toasty or meat-based products.The cafe section was closed and a man behind it was openly rude to me when I asked if we still could get a baguette.Could have been a nice place to stop, especially for the long distance travellers. Hopefully this review helps improve these issues.
