located between junctions 5 and 6 on the M25, with separate buildings serving traffic on both sides of the motorway.\\nThere was a bit a long line to be served and all I wanted was a coffee and hot chocolate. There was 1 person taking in the orders and 1 person making the orders eventually the manager joined in to help but there was not a significant reduction in waiting time. The hot drink ok, but the waiting did not add to my positive experience

Small Cappuccino and cheese toastie was £8 !!So they’re charging £5 for a toastie - the same as McDonalds do for a meal or Beefeater charge for a early teatime salad bowl - can’t equate that.The most ludicrous rip off ever, which is why they have a standard policy of not showing prices on boards and we already know they broke £1bn in sales and their uk tax bill was only £24mil - paying minimum wage .. blah blahAs a culture, it’s time to rethink our loyalties people. I for one am re considering all of these, from Sky, to mobile brand loyalty, to my coffee.( I was furious to learn that yday within an hour of BP announcing rationing of fuel, my local garage had added 10p a ltr to diesel to rip off drivers. I didn’t know and filled up. It cost me £80 for just 50 litres. Disgusting.We all need to stop and think consumer loyalty)

This is the most horrible Costa Cofee Store of UK.Staffs are too busy with serving each other, the customers are maitining the two meter distance and quing up, if they serve customer quickly this will help risking everyones life.Please try your coffee before leaving the shop floor: The staff who served me coffee gave me a burnt coffee, without changing the coffee on the tray. I realised while back on motorway and had to throw awy my coffee.Would not like to visit again.
Awful service... only 2 bar tenders working on the machines and the tills and waited 10 min and then moved to Prets...

All I can say is there is a very good Costa barrister Reon (if that's how it's spelt) very polite and professional. Made the visit pleasant.

Only a que 4 deep but the two serving were really slow in taking and making orders. A coconut latte was like a white coffee with coconut like, took it back and got the same coconut white coffee again. Wish I'd gone to McDonald's or the healthy cafe next door.

Stopped here last night on the way home from Gatwick, took me 15 minutes to get 2 coffees, only 1 other person infront of me, young guy serving, wouldnt shut up talking and seemed clueless, nearly £7 for 2 coffees, got to be the worst Costa ive ever used, certainly wont be stopping at clackets costa again.

Plenty of tea cakes, so everyone here is WRONG. Staff are wonderful and caring for the customer, despite difficult working conditions and lack of staff. Drinks are great, although a little bit pricey they're worth every penny. Would recommend 10/10.
