03/24/2024 21:40 I come for the second time. I couldn’t figure out how to pay with a voucher from the parking lot, so I ordered it at the checkout. I am from Ukraine and speak Russian or Ukrainian, very bad English. Actually, here on a business trip you don’t even need to know. For some reason, a nice girl compared the Ukrainian language with Romanian and invited a colleague, probably from Romania. In the end, we figured it out through a translator. But the attitude was very disappointing: The order was not delivered completely, i.e. no juice. I waited about 5 minutes to get attention. Everyone just watched and ignored. Halfheartedly, he attracted the lady’s attention and simply showed the receipt with the juice and showed that it was out of stock. A guy who was probably from Romania and who was invited to talk to me simply turned away when he was invited and showed that there was a problem. After the third attempt by me to call him, he simply left the hall. On top of that, only one employee was wearing gloves. Everyone else served and cooked without gloves, which is extremely unhygienic. I don’t understand how employees in the food industry can work without gloves? It is not known where they had been before. It is not known how much dirt and all kinds of infection are on their hands. I had to throw the entire order except a bottle of juice into the trash. Bottom line: I was left hungry and dissatisfied. Eating food that has been touched by hands after using the toilet or a dirty floor is not very pleasant for me. 100% disgusted with the McDonald's chain ???

Yet another wasted attempt to get a breakfast this morning, (Macdonald s Clacket Lane Services, West Bound).Claims to be 24hr but not open at 5.30am for a second time this week?I appreciate you may be short staffed but at least have the decency to let people know your opening times have had to change because of this? Letting people park up, walk in and be met by a row of chairs and piece of paper saying 'Closed' on it, isn't how you should let paying customers know your not currently open!!!!!There's nothing outside to tell you this nor is there anything on the 'Clacket Lane Services' website.Won't be stopping there again out of principle.

If I could give this place 0 I would without hesitating. Devastated. Came here after having it large in London, was promised 24hr Donald’s supremacy, was met with bitter disappointment. First they tried to bar entry with a row of chairs; made quick work of that. Was met with employees telling us they would be shut for 15mins to ‘reset the system’. We decide to set up camp. After buying some overpriced jam from WHSmiths we return, having whittled down the time to 5 mins, only to be told ‘actually it will be 45 mins’. Actual joke. Off to burger king

Indicated as 24 hour.....Nothing available at 0400 on a Friday morning ....couple of Roadchef employees kicking their heels on their mobiles. Wouldn't bother to stop outside normalish hours!

Had a sausage and egg muffin meal. Waited 20mins before it was made. Looked like it had been thrown together and half of one side of bun was missing. Took it back and was told by the manager that I was being pety. Please avoid this one as the staff are very rude and don't give a monkeys about customers.

Appalling service, left waiting 20mins for an order they had no knowledge of despite a receipt to hand and order number on their screen - absolute shambles and manager just side eyes despite prompts for attention to assist.

I was there for breakfast, only 2 people behind the counter to cook & serve. They did their best but is was a long wait.

Leon I had the ‘big breakfast box’. I had never seen portioning so small. Even the food was miniature. The hash browns were clearly yesterdays leftovers, Beans were dry with a skin on them - clearly old. The only thing i think that the only thing that was fresh was the sausage. The only thing I would recommend you buy from this restaurant is the coffee.

Hands down the worse McDonald’s I have ever been to. Queued for ages for a machine to order, then machine has no paper for printing, food took ages and cold, staff has attitude issues, no milkshakes or soft drinks ! In future I will use the noodle place. A complete shambles!
