Placed my order through their online app. Ordered 2 ham and pineapple pizzas 1 with extra toppings, garlic bread and BBQ sauce. When it arrived I had 1 ham and pineapple pizza the 2nd didn't resemble ham and pineapple it was covered in allopinios and peppers I'm allergic to allopinios and garlic and herb. Upon phoning they told me they could refund or deliver correct one so was going to be thrilled with cold food. Opted for delivery new. Phoned them about 25 minutes later to say I didn't want it anymore and was opting for a refund. The girl I spoke to said it had gone through quality control is about to go out for delivery. When I asked her what her name was incase I had to phone again after a brief silence she responded with I'm not comfortable with giving my name. Once I requested a manager she was willing to give her name. A short time later finally got correct pizza. Still haven't got correct BBQ sauce!

Very disappointed this time. Cold pizza, the delivery man dropped the garlic&herbs sauce on my floor, he said that will bring another one back, but he didn't..plus paid too much for 2 little garbage pizza, just awful ?

Terrible terrible delivery service. The drivers are misguided by the dominos app directions and deliver food an hour late. The branch staff is rude, unapologetic and blame you for not being helpful. Not wasting a penny on these guys again, who do not deserve to be in customer service. I had to walk up and down on the road for 15 mins to locate the driver.

Pretty terrible. Food arrived 30 mins later than estimated on app. Pizza was cold by the time it arrived. At least the ice cream was frozen.

I ordered food for my and my family and the cookies were rock hard and burned and missing one, I am very disappointed ?

I hadn't ordered from them for years due to the slow delivery and drop in quality, this was also my first take out for 5+ years. I ordered last week and got a friendly prompt delivery, then I fell ill with norovirus symptoms, in fairness it has been doing the rounds lately, but given that other reviewers have pointed out staff hand washes are few and far between and this was the only change in my food / diet routine for months it doesn't look good.

Most of the time the order is correct and delicious but on the occasions it hasn’t been, it’s been painful trying to get someone to take ownership and solve the issue

Terrible service. Pizza delivery took 1 hr 15 mins, arrived cold and the driver was incredibly rude. Use Cantina 41 instead - far better quality and service. And value.

Working at this place is like modern slavery they make u work on ur own on a weekend ect ,underpaid , understaffed, no body in this shop washes there hands while dealing with food , if u want food poisoning this is the place for u I’m surprised this hasn’t been closed down yet wouldn’t recommend

I didn’t think a service from a major chain could get any worse! I’ve only ordered 3 times in the last year and each time the delivery has got slower, and slower and slower. 1hr 20 mins average wait time for two small pizzas when the app insists 25-35 mins. If you can’t keep up demand, don’t offer discounts, employ more staff and update your useless software. I’m genuinely sick of complaining to this hopeless (probably failing) business. I’ll be glad to hear domino’s has gone into liquidation because they bloody deserve to.

Took an hour and a half to deliver cold pizza! Worst experience ever. Claimed a full refund. After 5 days chased it. Been told the money will be returned within the next two days. Haven’t received it yet.

Great pizza, excellent service blonde employee absolutely lovely. Had a 15 minute conversation with me about angles and croashairs, not entirely sure what he was on about but regardless a lovely shop and a lovely shift manager ?
