Not much choice of ales. Mid afternoon on a Saturday; food was not being served but there was still only one person behind the bar, so not very quick when people order loads of coffees. There were far too many children milling around. I don't mind children in pubs except when they are aimlessly wandering around and getting in the way.
Food was not that great (in fact, it has declined considerably since our last visit before COVID). Service was awful - waited at least 30 minutes to get the Dessert menu, wrong dessert item was serviced and then said that kitchen is closed. 20 minutes later (halfway through the dessert), came back and asked whether the dessert would need to be replaced - an absolute mess!

We love the Minnow for lunch during the week. Always a really welcoming and warm atmosphere, great food and excellent service. Thanks to Ollie for looking after us during our last visit. We especially love that they are dog friendly!Parking: During the week (outside school holidays) we’ve always found parking easy.
