Superb! Beautiful dining room. Stylish, smart and sophisticated. Big windows overlooking beautiful parkland. Birds galore out there. Comfortable too. Warm welcome. Kind staff. Lovely menu. Food is delicious. Wines are served well and professionally. Staff know about hospitality and ensure that everything is just right and that a perfect experience is enjoyed. The restaurant manager is really brilliant. We thoroughly enjoyed his company and expertise.

Excellent afternoon tea to rival the best in London. They definitely capitalise on the setting as their backdrop. Good selection of teas but as they were busy the refills and replenishments were far too slow. Good selection of sandwiches, scones were a huge let down - they do need a better pastry chef and only one choice of jam. Service and tableware was lovely. Do pay it a visit - one of the better ones I have visited.

The food was late more than an hour, and the dessert too. 3h to have dinner. The food was good though. Also don't know why the lights were turned off and people used their phones to see the menu and order. Disappointed experience

Worst ever serviceI have to wait from 1900 more than a a hour for our starters and till 2220 twice going to ask for the ordered desert wasn't even full.No lights I had to open my flash light otherwise not possible reading the menu.It is a shame waiting so much time with my wife.It is a shame as the food was good but because of service we will never go again there.

I had not been during the week before. The elegant surroundings suggest you will be having a special dining experience. I was not disappointed. The beetroot carpaccio was very tasty (and healthy !). For mains I had the roasted hake served on a mussel chowder with seasonal greens and new potatoes. Fish was cooked perfectly....crisp skin and well cooked flesh. The chowder was delicious. Green vegetables (broccoli and green beans) had plenty of al-dente bite. Everything was served at the correct temperature. We have all had meals where the food was good, but a tepid side dish let the side down. Not here. I give the chefs and waiting staff 10/10 for getting everything right. Myself and friends will be back.

Worse service ever. The day before we were told not to reserve table as space enough. When we showed up 7 pm we couldn’t eat at celebrate my mates birthday! Excuse was that they ran out of food earlier. ?? The stay on that hotel is just a joke. Will never book again or recommend this place. Absolute rubbish and amateurish.

I chose the Mulberry Restaurant at the Oatlands Park Hotel to celebrate my birthday with a Champagne Afternoon Tea. The tea was delicious, plentiful and very well priced. The restaurant is elegant, spacious and comfortable. We loved the china and matching tea pots. The staff were very friendly, and our waitress Ruth was very helpful and attentive. A most enjoyable afternoon. Will definitely go again.

We attended the Mulberry Restaurant for my daughter's 21st birthday. We were greeted with a warm welcome and were seated on a spacious table. The service from then on just got better. Our waiter was patient and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The tea was good quality as was the food. We really enjoyed the fresh scones. The surroundings are picturesque. Perfect afternoon tea. We will return.

My mother and myself went for afternoon tea last Saturday. Service was excellent; everyone from the Maître d' to all the wait staff were lovely and attentive. We were accommodated even though we didn't have a booking. For afternoon tea in such a beautiful location, the price was very reasonable. The only thing I miss is the unlimited champagne option they used to have. We will be back.

The vegan and vegetarian options are limited yet we gave it a go as after a long day we didn't fancy going out for dinner. The restaurant wasn't full but the food took approximately 80 minutes to arrive! When querying a rough eta the waiter gave attitude in his response and was far from helpful. The risotto was very disappointing and the food served in a prison is probably better! At approximately £25 a head you would expect service and quality to be better
