Don’t use the car wash at shell garages and don’t trust this company. My back windscreen wiper was ripped off in the car wash. I was told my the employee that it is not the 1st time. I put in my complaint / claim and was asked to get 2 quotes, which I did. Now Shell complaints team have stopped responding and are ignoring my emails. I am getting no response!

I came to this station on Sunday morning around 11am and wanted to purchase some fire logs. The Asian man at the till helped me a lot this morning and I am ever so thankful for all his advice. He helped a lot with finding the logs and volunteered to lift them into my car but I brought my grandson with me to help with the lifting. I really appreciate this mans kindness and great service. Thank you very much again.

Excellent service under extreme circumstances! Staff very efficient and directed traffic onto the forecourts and pumps and even fueled vehicles for customers. Minimal queuing outside on Brooklands Road as a result.

I think today was the last day I'm going to this petrol station, the reason: the woman in the counter called Antonnina I think.I'm sorry for the guy in the evenings who is really nice, but this woman is very rude, she doesn't say hello or even look at you when you go to pay, I felt like if I owed her something more than the money for the petrol. I spend around 200£ a month in petrol and definitely I'm not gonna spend a penny more in this one, awful customer service!

This shell petrol station, my local, is very well run with very polite and helpful staff. The goods are stacked on shelves very neatly and the place is clean and tidy.
Very good oil company but some shell garage still selling if u compere with other oil company such as Tesco asda because now oil prices droop already in the UK and all over the world

I have used this station on the 7th August 2020. Next day I've broken down in Belgium. Diagnostic showed fuel injector blocked. The recovery guy said it is because of dirty diesel. If you had similar experiences please contact me to take action together.
