Nice coffee ( was served with lots of dribbles down the side)and cheese twist, ( I had to ask the server twice for this, she forgot to give it to me),shame about the floor and tables, could do with a good clean.

Excellent service. As a disabled customer I will frequently struggle taking my order to a table, (as Starbucks & other similar outlets on the High Street take your order & payment at one point and then make your drink at another point and you then take your order to where you wish to sit) however the person who took my order was excellent very professional and helpful and informed me that if I would like to go and take a seat she would bring my coffee over to me as soon as it was made.

Staff were somewhat friendly, but there was a distinct lact of service, where me and my aunt were waiting for another 7 mins after two more people had ordered.Unfortunately I think the panini - which contained chicken, pepper and cheese - was undercooked leading to me being violently sick later on upon arrival home. As a whole Starbucks is reasonably good when it comes to food, but it will be a long while until I trust them enough to try another bite again.

The Best Place Ever to get your coffee. Very friendly staff that obviously customer service is a must. Kudos to everybody espevially Amber that from day one she memorized my preferences. What a team.
Partner ordered an almond milk cold foam cappuccino due to allergies, only to be given a regular milk one and told by Harry that he ‘couldn’t get the almond milk to foam, so here’s a regular milk one’.Please can staff be asked whether milk choice is due to preference or allergies like at many other Starbucks, thank you.We asked for an almond iced latte as a substitute, got it and left.

Ordered a coffee and cup of tea.. the tea was a cup with luke warm milky water with a tea bag dunked In the cup, when complained the tea was undrinkable the assistant just popped another tea bag in cup which was no improvement, for future reference please serve milk on the side...
