This pub has the best burgers I have ever tasted! I’m still thinking about eating it a few months ago! I wish they had a franchise near me in Kent / East Sussex! The pub had a great atmosphere, it’s clearly popular because it was rather full but in a great way where you can feel how happy everyone is. It has very nice toilet facilities which are clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful but the service could have been a little faster, though as full as it was I can imagine the staff were stretched to their limits.I hope to return one day soon to show my dad how delicious the food was. My friend had the hummus starter which looked like a full meal and she said it was wonderful too. The menu had many other enticing options.

Went to The Flintgate for a quick drink while staying over with work, ended up staying for a lovely steak with a green peppercorn sauce, which was more like a lovely gravy! I ended up chilling outside in this cool outdoor seating with a heater and a TV! 10/10 would recommend and come back again!

Popped in a couple times during my week of meetings with colleagues and it was always packed but still had a great atmosphere and amazing food and beer selection.

I don't like posting bad reviews, but this was honestly the worst pub/restaurant experience we've ever had. The food was cold, the meat was fatty and of poor quality and items were missing from the roast due to them having run out, of which we were not made aware of upon ordering. The service was abysmal, food that arrived was not what was ordered, with one meal having to be returned, several requests for cutlery also had to be made. We were only a table of four. Didn't get offered dessert or the bill, so approached one of the several staff standing around doing nothing. After asking a third member of staff, they raised our bill on the till, which I had to operate myself in order to pay it! All this with not even a hint of a care or apology from staff combined with disgusting toilets safety means a return visit will not be happening and a recommendation for friends and family to avoid! Would give zero stars if we could!

My husband & I went for lunch today at this lovely pub in Oatlands Village, Weybridge. We both ordered the set-price lunch, which is very good value and the choices are good for a smaller menu. You can still order off the main menu all day, I think. We had a mushroom soup starter and beef bourguignon. Both were very nice...! Our server, Josh, came to check if all way okay . He was friendly, attentive and made sure that everything was fine with our meal. Good service ! We have been here for Sunday Lunch - very good roasts. Highly recommend.

Food is always great. Staff are very friendly. If ordering drinks on the app it can take a while for them to get it to you though. Burger Mondays are a solid deal and their roasts on Sundays are the best I've had at any pub ever.
I was not here 1 week ago, I was not at the table by the bar with a Guiness and a packet of salt and vinegar, i was not happy and laughing and joking about life and having a great time, Google is lying, I was not here or there.

I had my 40th birthday party here on Saturday 13th January and what a fabulous party it was. We managed to secure the bar area. The manager and staff were amazingly helpful and attentive. Booked the band The Dutty Rascals who were a huge hit! Excellent food and a great night had by all. Would highly recommend and will be back to eat and wouldn’t hesitate to book a party here again. Super service as always. We were there for New Year’s Eve and the pub was packed. The serving staff were attentive and efficient, despite being run off their feet. The band was great - a fabulous evening!
