The restaurant was not busy, had to wait 20 minutes, too busy doing Uber eats, they forgot large fries from order, the server queried this and then admitted her mistake… gave fries from side which were cold, again queried this she stuck her fingers in them and said were edible! Asked for some different fries she then stuck her finger in them, so asked for some fries that she had not put her fingers in and were hot, she eventually gave some warm fries but were small and not the large fries had ordered but by this time I was late for my appointment and was fed up of the servers bad attitude.

I don't know about you, but when I wait fifteen minutes for a burger from a "fast" food establishment located somewhere just outside the seventh circle of hell as all motorway services are, I kinda expect for them at least to get my order right and not put bacon on my burger, rendering it inedible.An awful time had by all.Dietary restrictions: Just don't even try

Further to my review of greggs, came to bk with multiple hgv vouchers. Nice friendly staff member not an issue with vouchers. Should send that girl over to teach greggs staff members some customer service.

Fabulous service, girl on drive throu was excellent she even spoke to our dog who pops in through the drive thru for his cheese burger ???fabulous customer service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The worse food ever, the buns were stale on one side! Burgers dry as sticks. Large fries, what Large fries! They wouldn't even fill a toddler. Absolutely disgusting, I wouldn't even feed this to my dog.

Typical services store, so small and unheated. Food was hot and tasty, premises were clean and tidy. Tables weren't wiped between each use though.

Burger king how dare you LIE to people about the plant based whopper. 1 it is NOT suitable for vegans, so how is it a planty burger and 2 you actually cook it with all the other meats so it's covered in poor little 8 month old Cory the calfs DNA so it's NOT even suitable of vegetarians!!!!! You actually want to be disgusted in you brand
