Of course there is the business identity & corporate branding. Something beyond that in terms of the standard of service. The staff are always engaging and pleasant they seem to love the work they do. Even when their eateries are going full tilt with a queue. They are happy. That is something precious in this greedy world where the workers are often treated badly.”
