Had to be the worst McDonald's I've been to in the world. Constantly getting orders wrong. The majority of the staff are unhelpful and rude. The food generally isn't hot or particularly freshly cooked. The burgers are dry, the fries are limp and soggy.On my most recent visit I had to make 2 payments at the drive thru as the cashier charged me for the wrong order.

Once again drive through give out wrong food . Approx 09.30am sat 16th March .The girl at final window needs retraining, and an attitude change, disinterested, miserable and picking up any bag of food to hand out .I don’t think she likes her job!!!Always check your order , they’re too busy seeing to delivery drivers for online orders .

Ordered a breakfast wrap and suspicious that they’d forgotten the bacon, after checking, I highlighted this at the counter.While I was offered a new one which would have been too much to eat, quite a rude member of staff accused me of already eating the bacon and then asked me to rummage around the wrap, lifting everything up to prove there was no bacon. They even thought a 1cm square of crispy egg white was ‘the’ bacon!Very poor quality due to missing ingredients & need to sort out staff customer service capabilities.Demanded a refund and it ruined what should have been a Friday morning breakfast treat.

Ordered a quarter pounder meal at the drive through and a couple of meals for the kids. Was asked to pull over and wait in a bay. Out came the food which I was asked to check, instead of the quarter pounder there was a Chicken sandwich which I questioned. The guy wasn't interested in really listening, stomped off and came back for our receipt. I handed it over and he disappeared. Came back out just handed my receipt back and said "bye bye" waved and walked off. Our receipt did say Chicken Sandwich but that wasn't what we had ordered at the drive through and was made to feel like we were trying to con food out of them. Just rude.
