Made my sandwich with effiency and gave me lots of toppings. Also smothered it in mayo. They were a bit stingy with the salad but overall great!

Possibly the worst experience in subway even after complaining. In the first instance our sandwiches were wrong and what I assume to be the owner doubted that to be the case and proceeded to sort the issue in an arrogant unapologetic manner, I actually had to ask for new sandwiches to be made. replacement sandwiches are practically empty barely any veg and definitely no double cheese that we paid for.

I went to subway in blaydon on my way to work to get a breakfast footlong sandwhich I'm guessing the young lass behind the till was a newbie as she said sorry I'm just learning she was by herself and really didn't look comfortable being by herself surely she should have another member of staff with her to train her anyways I order a footlong with bacon egg and sausage once I got to work I was very upset I had 1 slice of bacon 1 sausage and the egg was all cut up into tiny pieces there was more bread than anything else. I really feel like this was more to do with the company not training this person correctly or lack of training not anything to do with the employee as she was lovely just didn't know how to do it.

The manager was very rude no communication skills towards me as she was making my sandwich..wouldn’t recommend.
Fantastic food, served fast and very convenient. Workers seem sad all the time and hope they cheer up.

Absolute shambles of a place spent nearly £25 ON 2 FOOTLONG MEAL DEALS i asked for salad there was literally a tiny bit of each . they must of fancied a joke that day as one of the fillers i asked for was sweetcorn no lies i literally got one piece of sweetcorn if i hadn't of got it delivered I know it would of been filled a lot more. Don't get your subs from here through Uber they don't care about quality as you cant watch them make it . I nearly walked from my home which is a good half hour walk to tell them were they could shove there food !!!!!! AVOID
