Just popped into the cafe for a hot chocolate and latte with my friend. Very impressed with the drinks and the friendliness of the staff...really cheery and good humoured. Ang served us and was a lovely helpful woman. Will definitely be back. Kev.

Who ever is in charge of organising product placement is a half wit! I go down the Isle sign posted lamb and pork, guess what it's all chicken, finally found some lamb on the end of the Isle, could not find the Harrisa lamb balls, so asked an asda employee, she says " well they will be with the beef meatballs obviously!" Really? Mmm let's think, where should we put lamb meat balls? With the rest of the lamb, nah that's stupid, let's put them with the beef and signpost that Isle meat!You want cheese slices, guess what they are obviously a snack, so they are in the area sign posted snacks. Stupidest layout I've ever experienced in a supermarket.Store is pretty good for click and collect, apart from the long wait everytime for anyone to acknowledge you and get your order.

Made a big thing about me taking a pair of trousers to an empty (trolly only) self service till. Surely it can't be that big of a thing there was no que and I wasn't inconvenient to anyone. Not a great experience having to walk to the other end of the store before I could check out by which time a que at the basket only side had formed.

Disappointment with the service I received at the pizza station on Friday 01Mar 19h00. I was met with disrespect and unprofessionalism from one of the staff members.Despite the menu offering vegan cheese, when I requested, the employee at the counter repeatedly made me repeat my order, only to rudely inform me that they do not offer it.I am no botter if they just say it is not available or is a menu mistake and would just order without, but the treatment I received was just unnecessarily harsh and disrespectful.

Went in last night for a few things. Ended up leaving my shopping on the self service because both asda workers were too busy chatting to do their jobs.

New to the area and 2nd visit. Impossible to do a shop in the evenings due to the end of the isles being blocked. Fed back to the red haired male manager. He said "no one has ever complained before" and walked off. His arrogance and lack of any customer service means we will now drive further to Tesco instead from now on.

Normally has everything I need at a range of prices and quality also has george clothes on second floor and has elevators . This is wheelchair friendly and has toilets.
Plenty of car parking places. Friendly and helpful staff. Vast variety of goods. Place for something to eat before or after you shop.

Regarding the travel currency kiosk.I took 20 euro to be exchanged into pounds.The woman refused to take the note because it had a little mark on the note.She said the policy is to only accept clean currency. Ridiculous!I exchanged the 20 euro at Ramsden, no bother.

Typical Asda but has gone downhill a bit lately for 2 main reasons1. Started holding trollies ransom for £1 deposit when they've been free from this inconvenience for many many years2. Scan and go zappers are never available. They're all either broken, missing or not charged. Really like using them and never get the chance any more. Either have more available or charge the ones you have more efficientlyWould be one star except some of the staff are really nice. Except the ones pushing those trolleys around picking someone's online order. They don't care about the customer at all and are just rushing around getting in the way.Might bump this up a star if I can get a scan and go scanner 3 times in a rowFree the trollies! ✊
