“21:30hrs I went to Asda Boldon as I had left my glasses at work and was lost without them. I was unable to find the stand with pre-prescription glasses so asked a member of floor staff if they could help. Ali went over and beyond even contacting security to get permission for her to go into the opticians which were closed to get me a pair off their stand! What an absolute star ⭐️ and so lovely and helpful thank you so much Ali. Needless to say it worked as I can see to write this review ?”
