We don't usually visit pizza hut but as its local decided to give it a try before we are locked down tomorrow Was very impressed with the food, great value but the staff made the visit. You have a great team there who couldn't do enough for us. Top stuff

Got the buffet deal 2 adults and child's. One of worst pizzas I've ever had.chicken on the American left awful aftertaste. They couldn't do the American without sweetcorn either.salad was a full bowl of coleslaw or potato salad! Poor quality too. Very dissaponting. Asda create your own pizzas are far better I must say. Dunno how the place is still open

Visited today and was very disappointed. We were seated and not told about a limited menu. We had to order on a rubbish site that didnt match the menu. E.g kids cheese pasta was called cheese shape and the waitress pointed to it as if it was obvious. Salad bar hahaha what a joke. You get a bowl of rocket with tomatoes. You can have potatoe salad and coleslaw but NOTHING else. Only 2 choices of sauce to pour on the measly salad. We asked about nachos and they said we bring them out with your drinks. We got one small bowl between 3 and when asking about salsa and jalapenos, we were told there is a limited menu. Maybe your website should detail that!!! Thing is, I can pay to have jalapeno on my pizza but cant have them with my nachos. Only condiments were mayo, ketchup and bbq. We had free refill drinks but they dont check you want a refill. Youre expected to wave a ticket in the air. I didnt feel comfortable with this, to me this is rude. Honestly dont waste your time. Not enjoyable.

The best of intentions but a flawed system of ordering, taking more than 25 minutes to labour through...the online table ordering system is slow, complicated, dysfunctional and very frustrating at pizza hut. Worse, the poor staff are having to attend the table to sort queries MORE often than it would take to simply 'take' the order. It's got to be counterproductive for the company too, unnecessarily lengthening stay duration and slowing turnaround. A worthy effort but just not working - and detracting from the fact that the food is good and the service very good, not that it is something I'd remember the restaurant for. Needs a few tweaks!

Only 2nd day open yeah there was a wait for a table but staff were amazing super kind and caring always apologetic 5stars to the staff today

Came here for lunch and am sitting eating writing this review as both me and my partner are appalled by the manager's behaviour. To cut a long story short we wanted the buffet and I can't eat cheese so I asked her if there was a possibility of getting some pizzas without cheese. Her response is what upset us. She said bruskly 'well you just need to order from the main menu then.' We were so upset that we asked her to see the manager which she said she was. To add to the confusion, there was a trainee manager who had 'manager' on her shirt. Just to confirm, for Pizza Huts benefit, that the real manger was wearing the regular uniform of the staff. Really appalled with the way we were spoken to and won't be visiting this branch again. Would highly recommend Frankie and Benny's next door. They at least respect their customers.

Love this Pizza Hut the kids love also the staff are very friendly and put them selves out to make sure everything is okay and the kids like them as well the menu is great for kids
Food was lovely staff very friendly made me and my son feel very welcome could not eat it all and was more than happy to box up my food we will definitely be back 5 *****

Nice meal with the kids, the boys were in the mood for pizza we went for the buffet Really nice & kids loved it Really nice waitress who made a real effort with the boys

Arrived on a Sunday evening on my own as I was in the area on business. The staff were ok, the food was wonderful. The salad bar was freshly topped up and the Pizza was cooked to perfection. The place was lovely and clean and I left very happy indeed.
