pizza base is falling apart when poking up as is really thin, toppings are sliding off as look like there on, doesn’t look nor taste nice

Ordered at 6.30 to pick up at 7.45 son was still waiting 8.15. 3 meals and not 1 of them was right. Raw pasta. Absolutely disgusting

This place undoubtedly does amazing food, as does lots a places. What makes or breaks a place is the customer service. This place gets it. We use this place quite frequently and 99% of the time have amazing food delivered on time no fuss. We placed an order tonight and they got a few things wrong.. this is what sets places apart.. Somma realised their mistake and rectified it within 10 minutes!!!! Everyone can make a mistake, these are busy places, mistakes are inevitable… putting them right without a whinge is the key!!! Well done Somma, amazing food, brilliant customer service.. keep it up.
