Good store, staff polite and cafe good but needs a little maintenance, the staff are fantastic but the venue needs a makeover,

Just received excellent customer service from a young lady at Team Valley. Her help was second to none. Very professonal, friendly, caring, and she went above and beyond to complete my returns, find a receipt and check stock, she was on the first till, dark hair in a ponytail. I didn't get her name, but she's a credit to her team and Asda. I hope this finds the right person to give her credit.

Perfect shop if you need clothes for men, women, children, and babies, also perfect for bedding , and everything to do with kitchen. It's the Perfect one stop shop for your whole house. Plus the bonus of the cafe. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The service all round was pretty good, if not a little unordinary. After speaking with a gentleman colleague, I was left bemused. When asked if your store stocked electric blankets, he declared with an emphatic negative before telling tales of customer queries the whole day long. However, I was offered an alternative in “the last thing that I would ever want”. Upon hearing this, I didn’t quite know how to respond. Then the gentleman turned my attention to a fully stocked shelf behind me that seemed to be brimming with… electric blankets.The lady at the till was very nice.
