All the staff were great and helped to create a nice vibe when we went in on Wed 6th Dec. Really impressed with the quality and value of the kids menu and it was great to see they are a dog friendly pub. Already planned another visit with the Mrs and Pup.

A large popular pub in the Low Fell area of Gateshead open daily from 11am serving food from noon to 9pm It was very quiet when I visited at 11 15 am but soon filled up The menu features a seniors special on Weekdays which is popular too Staff were friendly and it can be very busy at weekends with outside seating Good

Give the Beaconsfield a visit when in the Gateshead area! Nice bar, and great beers. There was a real ale festival on and the bar was participating in a loyalty card offer - who doesn't like a free beer after purchasing a few??The service was very good, despite unexpected staff sickness leaving the server working on her own in a fairly busy afternoon.

Afternoon drinks. Small selection of ales, decent range of drinks, food was lovely. Staff friendly and attentive.
