Every time I go there I really enjoy the food and the staff are very friendly and helpful and it is always very clean and tidy.

Food was absolutely disgusting today, got a double king plant burger with bacon, pretty excited that there was a bacon choice only to be disappointed, there was no bacon in it, when I took it back the girl questioned the kitchen staff and clearly brought back a new 1 as it was unopened. The burger was bland and the pop me and my daughter got was flat and had to be replaced by a bottle, a few customers remarked on this. £22 for 2 meals that were tastless and overcooked, be sticking with McDonald's in future

- Long wait time despite only 1 person ahead in line. Took around 15 minutes to get served and the person behind us gave up waiting.- Received the wrong order and given attitude when asking to correct.- Patty was dry and tasted burnt.

Food was delicious as expected, staff were polite and efficient. However, the seating area was quite messy, left over food from previous customers still on the floor. Also, and I suppose this is a shot at burger King as a whole, have their prices recently took a big increase? £18.70 for a double whopper meal, and a royale meal, seems excessive?

Staff too busy messing about with each other rather than helping with order. I asked if I had to pay for mayo they said no it's free. So when served food I asked for the mayo and was told they ran out days ago???? But great burgers still my favourite.

Your standard shopping centre burger King restaurant. Visited and was a little disappointed as they had ran out of burgers which thankfully is a very rare occurance. The staff however were great. They were polite and worked at a good pace to get through what was a very busy lunchtime.Wheelchair accessibility: There's no stairs or or obstacles for wheelchair users as the restaurant is very open plan and all on one level from mallside into the restaurant itself.

Omg 😲 worst experience ever ran out of burger buns but let us stand in the queue for ages and had to order small burger that was cold stay away from the outside metrocentre one its rubbish

Poor experience. Long wait. Chairs scrapping across the floor made for an awful atmosphere. Food? May have we'll have ordered a burger without cheese. BBQ melt, and less than a whisper of cheese. Do not recommend.
Terrible. It was very busy in the Metro centre and we decided to grab a burger before finishing our shopping. The photo showed cheese slices on the burger but when it turned up it looked like it'd been in a steam roller & had a cheese sauce on it, not slices. The staff were miserable and we won't be going back.

Food and attitude of staff if great, however there is one lady whose hair is hanging over the food prep surfaces and whilst she prepares burgers. This puts me off a lot. It's a shame as all the others are really great.

Food was fine. We ordered on the mobile app and found it to be confusing when it was time to collect order. Instructions were to check in at front counter when we arrived but there was no designated area to do that. Didn't really want to wait in the long line so I stood off to the side in plain view and it was a good 10 minutes before anyone offered to help. Needs to be modified.

Considering we were eating in I would expected the food to of been alot hotter, it was barely warm. Used to love BK but after that meal I don't think I'll be visiting again.

We always go here for a burget,chips and coffee while shopping in metro centre. This Saturday we went. The whole meal was just say warm,coffee bitter. We should have returned it alll,but the queue was very long,and taking ages for customers to be served. What has happened to this Burger King...
