Absolutely mind blowing that the staff were on there phones behind the counter while serving… one being on facetime to her children while preparing food!! Shocking customer service, standing around playing on there phones. A staff member cleaning our table while on the phone talking very loud literally didn't care less. Tried to make a formal complaint on burger king app but it wants a zip code for that store and i cant find one on line. These staff members need shacked if they think this kind of behaviour is acceptable.

The staff were great and the service was fast, unfortunately though it's in a small services with a Subway and a Greggs and has the worst location.It's tucked away in the corner next to the very dingy toilets.It made the whole place seem dirty.

Went to burger king at whitemare pool today and me and my mum ordered 2 share boxes of chilli cheese bites, but didn't get them instead we got 2 boxers of a mix up. Not very happy ???

Lady on the till unprofessional, rude & mannerless.Using “ F” word with Uber driver who is collecting customer orders.Burger King shouldn’t allow those people who represent those kinds of services. Hopefully she will go to school and learn some manners before any other jobs.Date 01/05/23 around 3.40pmI’ve included date and time if you have cctv than you can check..
