We came here on our visit to the Metro Centre, we ordered several drinks including a blueberry flappe which had the baubles in, when we go the end of the drink my daughter at the counter for a spoon so she could eat the baubles to be told to use the wooden stirrers instead and refused to give her spoon.

It’s a nice costa only problem is the accessible toilet isn’t very accessible to this in a wheelchair it’s hard to reach the flush on the loo and if you’re in a chair you are unable to reach both locks at the same time as it’s has one of the PIN codes on the outside so I got stuck and had to ring the friend I was with to get someone to open the door for me which was rather embarrassing

Another great latte from this popular chain of coffee shops. This place was busy but we managed to get a seat. Great Coffee and hot chocolate with a lovely blueberry muffin.

Went to the metrocentre (indoors) branch of Costa located in Next. Pleased with the friendly service and the coffees and toasties were lovely. The staff member who kindly transferred my frappuccino into a take out cup was particularly friendly so wanted to shout out to her for great service.

I went into the Costa inside Next at the Metrocentre today - it was pure chaos My drink was prepared before my hot food for some reason and the manager (Josh?) seemed to have a serious attitude problem - I was very uncomfortable listening to how he was shouting at the staff and other customers could definitely hear this too Truly a bizarre experience as it was not particularly busy

Tired beyond belief after shopping I had popped in today after being totally ignored in petite delice cafe just along from Costa within next. Queued for ages to get my order taken,. Moved along to wait for my drinks,. Several people got served before me who had been behind me in the queue, I pressumed as I'd ordered seasonal speciality drinks it may have slowed them down, another five people were served and they placed two drinks on the counter which didn't look like a hot chocolate or gingerbread latte and the lady next to me asked if they were mine, at the point feeling even further ignored I told the other customer they seemed to be serving everyone behind me and ignoring me totally She picked up her drinks and it took her to tell them I still hadn't been served for them to actually acknowledge me standing there for a good ten minutes or more. By the time I finally got my order I was ready to have a good cry (a lovely gentleman server did apologise for the wait unlike everyone else) having been ignored here and in the previous cafe I had tried I felt like the world was against me. I do love a Costa gingerbread latte but not sure I love it enough to wait 15 mins plus and get charged the earth to stand on my already tired legs for far to long for it. Never fear tho Costa, I will give you at least 2 stars for effort, at least you did take my order and I got my drinks eventually unlike the waitress service cafe along from you. Winning.

Visited with my daughter and ordered 2 drinks plus 2 toasties. Several members of staff on duty, as the cafe was busy. Order for drinks taken by one person and food order sorted by another. Drinks were served quickly, but due to the queue, I wasn’t able to get to the counter to collect them easily. Food order arrived after another 10 minutes, but another customer believed they were hers ( her order hadn’t even been toasted at that point, I’m presuming because the staff were so busy) the staff member couldn’t remember whose order he was sorting, so there was a little bit of confusion. Obviously because I’d waited so long for the toasties our drinks were no longer hot, very disappointing.

I went into this Costa and was greeted by two lovely young ladies who were very helpful. I bought a sausage bap and bottle of Fanta and had a conversation with the two friendly members of staff. She gave me a glass with ice for my Fanta and the service was absolutely fantastic! I will be recommending this specific Costa to my friends and family.

Pit stop while on a solo shopping trip. Lovely staff very helpful. Toastie was delicious. My only gripe and why I’ve given 4 stars not 5 is the coffee could be hotter! I can’t stand cold coffee so always end up leaving half my cup. Maybe I should ask for a takeaway cup to keep it warm!

Seats are stained and obviously never cleaned. You have to clear a table of plates etc if you want to sit at it..short of staff perhaps. The glass is filthy and stained with god knows what!!. Everything is dirty...might be worth while employing a proper cleaner. Come on Costa get a grip..CLEAN up your act.....
