My Family and I visited here yesterday, We had been bargain shopping in the Metro centre and were Needing a sit down and some refreshments and food, The Staff were excellent and very nice and polite and showed us too a really nice table with a view of the Centre outside, The waitress was very nice and our drinks were delivered so quickly even that it was very busy we ordered some food and the food arrived very quick it was all cooked to perfection and lots of it we were very happy with the service and the staff were excellent , even when it was busy with other family's We left well fed and refreshed and will definitely visit again. This place and all of the Staff were perfect and priced very reasonable for the meals.

Ordered via Just Eat and waited an hour and a half with Just Eat saying the food would be delivered within 40-60 minutes. No communication, nobody answered the phone despite multiple attempts to ring restaurant. They clearly just didn’t check if they had any orders through, Bit of a shambles if I’m honest, don’t run a delivery option if you’re management team haven’t got the skills to run it.

Today me and my family came here to enjoy a nice meal. Greeted by a lovely girl who took us to our table. A few minutes later, our server came over who was ‘JEN’. Jen came over and asked us what we wanted, we said 3 children’s drinks and 2 refills. For her to say in a very rude manor ‘I don’t know why your having refills, they should be telling people we aren’t doing it because of bank holiday’ I said oh we rung up, spoke to the manager on shift and she did not mention anything. To then which ‘JEN’ said they gave coke (refills) out for GCSE people so didn’t have enough to give us ours. I think the shock on our face at how she spoke to my family, she then said ‘just have it’ as though it was an inconvenient to have asked for a Coke Refill. When we received our drinks and we were asked what we would like to eat, I said could we do the 3 course offer and the kids meals. She said to my family at our table ‘why are they telling people we are doing 3 course, I’m sick of telling people we aren’t doing it’ to which I replied, I rung and spoke to the manager and she was more than happy to do the 3 courses which we enquired about. ‘JEN’ then walked away from our table and said to her fellow team members ‘Why they telling people we’re doing the 2/3 course menu when we aren’t’ then said it to another member of staff and then again to another one. To the point she couldn’t have been anymore louder, making my family feel uncomfortable with her remarks through no fault of our own. 5 minutes later ‘JEN’ returned back to our table with the 3 course offer menu, placed it on our table and as I went to pick it up (JEN) took it out my hand and turned it over, slammed it down on the table, then said it’s that side in an un pleasant manner. At this point, we were in disbelief at how inappropriate ‘JENS’ attitude was. Few minutes later ‘JEN’ came over to take our order, she lent her knee into our chair (booth table 5) which wasn’t appropriate to do whilst taking our order. As we were saying what we’d like, she screamed in my ear whilst taking our order to the people at the bar saying ‘What they doing’. To which I said- Is it one of those days and then ‘JEN’ replied saying, I just don’t know why their telling people you can have refills and do the different this point the whole downstairs we’re looking at us, as though we did something wrong. At this point, I began to feel uncomfortable and in shock at how our server ‘JEN’ behaved towards us. As she took our order, then walked away. We were still mortified at how we’d been treated. Not only us but you could see staff members thinking the exact same as ourselves, as they were shocked. ‘Jen’started telling us about how she had to leave for her bus and another staff member was late, as took his car to the garage. It’s not what a family wants to hear whilst their out having a nice meal. Working with the public, she should have left her problems at the door, not gone on to us about her personal problems which was irrelevant to me and my family. A few minutes later, another server came over called Jade who couldn’t do enough for us. She went above and beyond for us, which changed our experience from our previous server ‘JEN’ and made it an enjoyable experience. Jades a credit to have to your team! Also massive thank you to Holly! Rest assured we will be back.

I ordered the big one for breakfast and was not disappointed. I usually find the beans and mushrooms are tasteless in restaurants but not here. The service was great and the staff were very friendly.
Server was absolutely top notch. Very helpful. Thought the food was overpriced but it it was fresh and hot. No major complaints as I say just a bit pricy...15 quid-ish for a hotdog?

Loved the service and the breakfast we've been served on Saturday morning. As we had to wait bit longer for a few extra toasts, eventually they put it on the house. Absolutely friendly staff and food was lush.Vegetarian options: My friend ordered vegetarian menu and she absolutely loved it. She was pleased by the quality and service as well. The choices are not huge but satisfactory. Probably in the near future.

We both ordered a margherita pizza and it was one of the worst pizzas we've ever had. One had a small amount of cheese, the other had almost none. It was a thin, tasteless bit of dough and the tomato sauce did not have any flavour. The fries were scrawny. The only thing that had any taste was the garlic dip, but it still wasn't great. F&B's used to be great, but it's atrocious now. I will never go back. The price is shocking for the quality.
