Ended up here after trying two other shops for a breakfast but not open or slow service so this greggs was great,small que that got bigger as I waited even an Asda employer joined the que ...he obviously thought the same as us service bad in Asda cafe...we got some lovely bacon Stotties

my husband and I just call in b4 our 1hr 30min drive, my husband purchased a sandwich 2 lots of biscuits and asked for a hot water, the staff were clearly not happy at giving out the hot water which they put in the smallest cup they had, when my husband asked for another hot water he was told we are not allowed to give hot water (really?) if that’s the policy it’s ridiculous, the staff then proceeded when my husbands back was turned to talk amongst themselves loud enough and quite deliberately for him to hear saying ( who do they think they are coming in here for hot water) nice customers service there like, clearly we won’t be back here with these appalling staff
Despite Greggs being the largest bakery chain in the UK specialising in savoury products such as pasties, sausage rolls and sandwiches, me and my partner were left waiting THIRTY FIVE MINUTES for TWO sausage rolls. A store situated this close to the headquarters should be deeply ashamed and maybe think about installing new ovens or employees.
