That's actually the last takeaway I ll ever get .used these for years .had a few bad ones over the years bit mainly ok . Whole lot went in bin tonight. Rang up n complained. Said we ll put a note on for a free nann bread n onion badgi . 25 quid and was awful . I won't be getting my free whatever as won't waste my money

Ordered a 2 person Platter meal for £18.50, delivery was very long @ 2 hours,” Tuesday” staff were apologetic no real issue, Onto the food, Ordered the 2 person platter meal you get 2 starters “ chicken tikka and onion Bhaji” onion bhajis are very small and get 3 for a 2 person meal they are tasty and cooked well, on the mains we went for chicken tikka masala and chicken jalfrezi, both curry’s like the starters were very tasty, for me jalfrezi could have done with abit more spice but were enjoyable, the meal also comes with 2 pilau rice and one plain naan bread. We asked if we could alternate the sides and naan bread, we went for 1 rice 1 chips and garlic Naan both were good naan was slightly on the thin side staff were accommodating with alternative request . Overall review =The meal is definitely ONLY for 2 people due to portion size, food is very tasty i would order from here again but probably off the main menu down to portion size.

Orderd food said it was going to be 45 minutes online 1 hrs later I phoned takeaway said driver wouldn't be long after 4 phonecalls later the meal came absolutely stone cold rang the takeaway to complain said I had to do refund on line after arguing and saying many different stories from shop I said I would bring meal to shop for refund when I got there he apologised saying it was a new driver which had nothing to do with them I would avoid this takeaway as looks like they have had alot of complaints on delivery and quality of food

Been going for years portion sizes were always bang on went for a chicken tikka wrap had plenty before and always been a good size with decent amount of chicken just got one and they didn’t mention it was from a kids menu get more chicken in a Tesco meal deal joke and doesn’t like answering the phone

I’ve used this Indian takeaway for years and years , always had delicious tasty food from them but over the past year or so prices have been creeping up which is fine, we all know about covid and food price’s going up but what we’ve noticed over the past few deliveries the portion sizes have been getting smaller and smaller until the final straw was Sunday 5th March 2023 , on opening our food we found the onion bhaji was the size of a ping pong ball , the masala sauce was orange instead of red, lacking in flavour and the keema pilau rice that we’d paid extra for didn’t look much different to normal pilau rice , the popadoms were soft and soggy and the meal had to be heated up in the microwave, so not only have the prices gone up, the quantity and quality has come down , ENOUGH IS ENOUGH HOTWAY , I WONT be using you anymore, even after ringing the shop all I got was “ I will have a word with the kitchen “ , your loss, bye ? ?

DO NOT GO Due to food allergy of peppers asked for a meal without peppers yet it arrived with them. Looked disgusting. Rang to ask for a replacement to be told no. He then rang back and shouted down the phone to never order again it was the first time and certainly the last. Disgusting service and what looked like disgusting food
Ordered from here the past 2 nights last night we were missing items when ringing up the shop the man on the phone was very rude and said we were making it up and everything was there but we didn't receive the chips, 2 cans of pop and the tikka starter and tonight we receive the missing items from last night but while sitting down to eat our food it was cold and we found hairs in the chips and in the tikka started and also in the rice and when spoke to the shop again the man was very nasty on the phone and wouldn't listen to us and said we were making it up and then said we aren't aloud any more food from them and hung up on us so we rang back and he did the same when we said we wanted a refund he had no customer service respect at all will never order from here again

Apart from late, paneer bhaji was cold and with cheap cheddar.Mixed meat was just left over chicken.Ordered king prawn bhaji but inc this time and 2 weeks ago I suppose just plain prawn will do for them.Such a shame. Ill stick with saleems from now on. That, and everything was luke warm. Why??!!!

Ordered alot of food tonight as we do often because we like it, I am vegetarian and ordered a veg masala my family also ordered mixed grill and sides. I realised half way through my veg masala actually contained chicken when I looked it was basically all chicken, I could have been sick as I dont eat any animal products. I called hotways up to let them know and asked for a refund on my meal. Response was basically no you should be grateful because my meal cost 5 pound and chicken dish costs 7.50 so I gained a more expensive meal. Although I was offered a replacement I couldn't eat anymore as my stomach was turned. I am so upset used to love this place definitely do not recommend now at all. Zero customer care. Please be aware when ordering vegetarian from this restaurant!!!!

Ordered on just eat, left comment to request Madras less hot and called them and they confirmed they saw it, however it was very very hot and I think hotter than normal, I could not finish it, I asked for warm not hot, I got too hot I could not finish.Chips where missing.And the wife's curry she said it was disgusting.5/6th order and it's been disappointing but this way too far, they lost a customer here, I say loyal sometimes for years unless they make mistakes or the quality drops to often

Ordered a mix grill masala and a veg masala, chicken wasn't properly cooked and the meat was very chewy. Vegetarian masala came with with chicken.
