Me and my husband drive from County Durham to Lowfell for these pizzas! We used to live nearby and no other pizza shop even comes close to this! The pizzas are beautifully made, the toppings are fresh and tasty (not just drowned in cheese like so many pizza shops) and the chicken is always perfectly cooked, everything is clean and fresh, there's never any greasiness. The staff are friendly and attentive and always keen to ask how you are, they remember us every time! Can't speak highly enough of this place, if you're wondering whether to give it a go - do it! You won't be disappointed.

Called in for a couple of pizzas on way home to Birtley. Lovely lads in shop and pizzas were gorgeous, shop immaculately clean as well. Will definitely use again, highly recommend. Elizabeth from Birtley.

When I think pizza I think itzza pizza. This is by far my favourite place to get a quick meal. Staff are always friendly and food is made fresh and fast. If your in Gateshead and you want a good quality pizza then this is the place for you!Vegetarian options: Came in with my vegetarian sister and she was very satisfied with the variety of choices there were.Kid-friendliness: Great kids menu selection.

Ordered tonight, were missing multiple items, when I called up to see if this could be rectified I was belittled, called darling, spoken over and basically called a liar. Had to make a complaint through just eat to try to get a refund for missing items, in addition food was low quality, definitely will not order from here again..

Terrible pizza. Cooked on a bigger version of the toasters you often get in hotels where goes under grill on a moving rack.Ended up burnt crusts. Whole thing was dry.Place looks & feels filthy.Extra star for making pizza thin crust when asked.Avoid
Not a great pizza .bland mass produced doughcrust ..toppings, sauce and cheese.Unfortunately like most pizza shops in low fell.Still looking for a stand out place. Would happily pay a bit more for something flavourful

Honest Ittza Pizza review!!! ( someone who has been going for around 3 to 4 years)I used to order food from this place from around 2019 to 2021. Pretty much every week!The reason I stopped going to this pizza takeaway was because all standards slipped completely. Food was cold, quality was horrific and customer service was atrocious.I recently gave this takeaway another shot in May 2022 and I can say that it was a great decision. The standards have increased to beyond of what they used to be. This takeaway went from 100 to 0 back to 100 again.I would highly recommend this food as it is delicious and you will not be disappointed. Delivery time is fast, food is always delivered hot and to amazing quality.Workers are amazing and friendly and always want what is best for the customer. Life has been sprung back into this amazing takeaway.

Rang to see where my order was as it was very late, all I got was aload of abuse. He asked if I wanted to cancel my order when I said will I get my money back, he then said it will be 5 mins. To then continue to give me more abuse down the phone. He refused to give me his name and hung up on me

As if your selling a pizza with a description stating it comes with cheese then charging £1.30 to actually have cheese but you’ve got no choice because it’s a required option. As if you’re charging £8.50 for a 10 inch pizza.

It was one of the worst scotch bonnet wraps ever in my life ,it wasn't spicy and I haven't got any sauce and chips were probably from microwave , itzza pizza was one of my favourites but no more ,i won't order anything from this place ever again it was disgusting, I hope everything will be fine with me and me wife tomorrow morning , thanks,not recommended!
