Went through the drive through last night at about 8pm ish (03/01/24) and found that there really wasn’t much left in stock when we were asking through them. Decided on what we wanted from what was left and drove round to pay. The girl on the till said that our 2 coffees and 2 donuts were on her due to us being so nice about how much was out of stock. It was completely unexpected and an appreciated little gesture! We will be paying it forward. Thanks again to whoever you were! :)

Years ago this was quite the spectacle to behold watching the donuts being made in an open kitchen ..my oldest son had a birthday here and it was quite special..a little disappointed to see it's all been scaled down and the kitchen closed off .. surely this was a major selling point of the business? Shame ..but great donuts and coffee and friendly staff ??

Visited multiple times now approx. 3 hours before closing to be told they don't have any of their signature glazed doughnuts, several times I've also been told there wasn't enough of of other doughnuts to even fill a box of 12. It's as if they don't want to sell anything.

Incorrect website details that had been requested for change by the store on many occasions meant we couldn't take advantage of the offers, saw plenty of other people that also had the same issue, customer service from the head office was very unremarkable. Won't be back.
