Well located McDonalds in the Arnison Centre retail park. Probably too small for its footfall though, as there's often big queues at the drive-through. The car park is very small too.

What you'd expect from fast food but my only gripe is that every time I use the drive through, something is missing. Had to go to the local shop after returning with my son's pankakes as there was no syrup portion in the bag.

It was late in the day 6.30pm and busy, however nobody cleaning up tables and floor dirty, bins overflowing. Plenty of staff in making sure food ready for deliveries, but very poor on cleansiness. Need to visit Stanley macdonalds and take a lesson out of their book, spotless every time I have been in.

Disaster. Ordered at 11:25 and get order 11:53 - 28 minutes wait for Large Fries, Triple Cheeseburger and Grilled Caesar Wrap. My little one fall asleep on my hands during waiting, I can't feel my back after, wife wait in car and wasn't happy.Interesting to see my order number kept on wait screen for 10 mins, then disappeared and never appeared on ready screen. Suggest management can't see proper reporting of average wait time due to this and can't improve this condition from their side, or just don't care, who knows."I'm very sorry" from admin can't conpensate this great day for sure. If you will go to here with a family on weekend please come not hungry and keep some time and intertaiment with you to enjoy your order.

Nice place, nice staff. I especially liked some young wonderful lady who works there. She was so cute and beautiful so that Mac has become my favourite Mac in Gateshead. Despite her youth, she works professionally and how I noticed she did a lot of different jobs there. Also she helped us with our order. I just asked her about our order and it was solved. To be honest I just tried to find the reason to speak with her and asked about our order))). I wish her all the bestParking: There is a lot of space for parking

Got to the drive through only to be told no milkshake or ice cream, after ordering 2 double cheeseburger and 2 large fries I was told there was a problem with my order and I'd have to wait at the next window, after 5 other people got served I had to ask where my food was, I got home only to find the fries were undercooked and only medium sized, and the cheeseburgers were poorly made and just wrapped half made. Never again will I go to McDonald's.

Unfortunately, like everything else in Britain, McDonald’s has suffered from our Jewish government’s anti-Aryan, genocidal, replacement policy. Team Valley McDonald’s, much like the whole of Gateshead, is filled with low IQ, rude, incompetent sub-Saharan Africans. This has damaged the service immeasurably. I waited over half an hour for some breakfast this morning. I was greeted by a barely audible grunt from a third-worlder on the drive through intercom, I then waited for another ten minutes or more to finally be served by an overweight, ineffectual, and clearly embarrassed Aryan girl. We shouldn’t have to live like this.

Go to place at nights only beautiful it’s the closest 24hr McD. But the service is not that great. Takes long time to receive the order even if it is just a burger and fries. Have a lot of parking spaces.
Service is non existant. Around 12 staff behind counter and i had to shout someone over to serve me. female staff member then glared at em as though it wasnt her job. Terrible.Also they get every order wrong and miss stuff all the time.

I actually work for them but very helpful staff,try to ensure best quality and if we make a mistake(we are human and rare) or you want extra sauce always happy to ammend or to help your work there and eat thereKid-friendliness: Alot of the staff there have kids,so try our best to make things easier if we can,don't feel afraid to ask if you need help in anything as front of house staff are there to make you feel welcome.i did before I worked there

Ordered a plain quarter pounder with cheese.... Received a normal quarter pounder..Ordered a strawberry milkshake.... Got a chocolate milkshake.Sat in the outside lane for 5 mins while 6 cars went through the inside lane and all I got was. I will be 2 mins. ( I got that 3 times).That lass taking payment didn't once turn away from her conversation and barely put the card machine out of the window, until I said something. She then reached it out and 2 inches still not looking and still chatting away to her mate.Shocking customer service.wrong food total joke.

Without a doubt the worst McDonald’s in the north east. Nothing fast about this fast food place, too interested in delivery you can be the only car in the drive thru and still wait 40 minutes plus. We opted for delivery this time you get your food quicker. 7 mins from it leaving the store to arriving at my house. Whole order stone cold.

You have to wait for a food ages and staff seem to not care at all.There is selection of things to order but when you collect your order it appears that they don't have it and will give you something else.Tables were a mess! You have to ask staff to clean as they are to busy to ignore it all the messy tables and chairs!Just awful experience!
