The girl on the night shift was very unprofessional and RUDE.I have to peep my car for her to appear on the window to open the pump she seems been sleeping or somewhere hidden I never encountered this type of weird behaviour situations at shell’s before.

On the 17th of December I have payed for fuel twice. Wille I was popping the company's fuel card in to pay, I got one of my credit cards to close of the payment machine and my credit card went through first. My bad, but I have requested for that money to be refunded so I pay with the company's fuel card. Big mistake because I have never got refunded and seems like I have lost 92.57 £. Gave them a call to discuss this after new years and they have sed it takes 10 working days to refund. Its been now more then a month and no money. Tried to call them several times again but I get no unser anymore. This is ridiculous. I am based more then 200 miles away, Can't afford to go there in person

Swift service. Polite and friendly staff. Well stocked pumps and shop. Surrounded by car dealerships who frequent it, so great fresh fuel. Jet wash and car wash available. Two large entrances. Shop stocks a wide range of food as well as hot and cold drinks.

I felt sorry for the poor New lady on night shift who was left on her own all night by the manager. After twice explaining to her that my payment had not gone through she assured me it had only to find out some hours later it hadn't and was also accused of trying to buy beer on the company shell card which was actually the customer before me trying to buy beer on his card that was declined . I blame the poor management training, huge chip on her shoulder, unprofessional management results in unprofessional service.
