First time trying this franchise firm and not impressed. Booking / ordering your meals and drinks are an important part of any dining experience and the QR code table booking is rubbish. The staff apologised for the delay but this spoiled the experience. Prices were as expected in a shopping mall and food was ok. Maybes wouldn’t try again.

Mediocre at best. Expensive and chicken tenders are tiny! Mac and cheese tastes exactly like Heinz tinned macaroni so keep that in mind if that’s not your thing. Half of the things on the menu they had ran out of and we went first thing when they opened. Food wasn’t bad, just didn’t wow us in any way. Ranch was nice though.

I came here for the first time yesterday since I wanted to try something new in the metro centre. The food was served delicious and hot. I would certainly recommend the inferno dip because it was spicy and delicious. The wings are magnificent. The fries were crispy, and the juicy chicken sandwich had a good texture and feel to it. I appreciated how the herbs in the dinner brought a new touch to the food. Excellent and quick customer service. The atmosphere was relaxing and the seats were comfortable. Very clean. You can use the kitchen roll that is provided on the tables. The price seemed a little expensive considering the portion size.

The food is piping hot everytime even when it's busy on weekends.The service is super fast with self serve machines to make it easier.The staff are very helpful with anything you need and friendly.Silms offer an awards app too that I'm now using and can get some good deals on there.100% recommended for any chicken loverVegetarian options: There are some plant based options on menu but I have not tried them.Parking: Multistory carpark use the odeon one which offers least walking distanceWheelchair accessibility: Select tables offer good spaces for wheelchairs the tables allow a standard wheelchair to get right in making it easier to eat.
