Absolutely terrible service staff were nowhere to be found when found them had none of the bread I wanted so settled for different bread then he was to lazy to make some meatballs (microwave) so order something else ham was missing off my sandwitch lettuce looked half dead like the bloke serving it returned to car to eat and nearly lost my tooth could have killed someone with it the bread was Like a breeze block won't be returning ever thanks subway you really went and did it this time!!!!

Terrible will never go back to this subway, you would think the salad was coming from their paychecks, wraps have nothing in them compared to other subways not worth the money

Terrible experience the staff are so unprofessional it's shocking.... the staff member today was so out of order its a wonder this place gets any customers. Standing at the door demanding we go back outside after waiting in the que for another service provider on this site instead of going outside we stepped aside to look to order from subway and this staff member nearly burst a blood vessel demanding we step outside swore at us and told us 'you can f××k off your not getting served' with no provocation from us in any way but what was the absolute joke to all of this as we walked away 3 builders walked in followed by 2 other tradesmen but no one was asked to stand outside as we waited in our vehicle watching to see.... disgraceful attitude to this lad and should be taught customer services before he's allowed to deal with members of the public.no reason for his outburst or justification for his actions.

Good experience here. Had a little bit of a wait as I couldn't find a staff member at first, but once they arrived the food was made perfectly and I enjoyed by healthy-ish sub.Seating area was tidy and clean.Toilets here.
Staff were very friendly. Ordered online and asked for extra guacamole, got a note to say they had tan out but refunded my money and gave us extra cookies! Fantastic service and arrived quickly :)

Toilets closed despite this being a service station on main North South route. Subway staff very uninterested in this. Said talk to manager in burger King. No manager on site, no complaints form and no one on site had any clue to nearest public toilets which a business should do if they believe closing their toilets is necessary on safety grounds.

Go here often and enjoy a bit of banter with the staff, Ive never hand a complaint with this subway the staff are good with fresh food served perfectly. I've asked for a few things unusual and they are okay no problem, love a salad bowl and everything else they offer, clean friendly place to eat I'd highly recommend.
