Bones in chicken burger good was cold and chicken was barely cooked

The food was excellent. We liked the selection of small dishes which were ideal for the 2 children and our dishes were interesting and filling, the veggie for me and fish for my friend. There's a nice, friendly atmosphere and the staff are very helpful and efficient. We'll definitely be there again.

Staff were pleasant and the place looks nice but that was as good as it got. Had to wait ages for food and when it arrived you could barely call it food. I’d ordered the tapas option but it was all tasteless, bland and over cooked. Most of the things being served had been deep fried and were covered in grease. I’d go as far to say it’s the worst food I’ve been served in a restaurant. We were there for 2 hours, over lunch time, we were the only customers there and not another person came in the whole time we were there which obviously shows what the local people think of the place. Would never go back.

Orders a Sunday lunch for home delivery . It was shocking half a carrot .. the vegetables 2 tiny small broccoli it looked like Stevie Wonder had prepared the vegetables… The chicken was dry …the Stuffing looked like it came from Iceland …gravy tablespoon it was disgraceful would not recommend to anyone when you’re paying £14.50 for a dinner you expect a lot better than what I receivedI didn’t even eat it

Wont be back. Went for two Sunday Dinners, quality of food was rubbish! Trio of meats - more like slither of meats and the beef well that was none existent. See photo Both dinners were cold, one sent back and was returned swimming in gravy. Such a let down

Went to a party on the second floor, and it was stunning! Excellent service, food and vibe. It's a beautiful venue, highly recommendedReturned last week for a special family get-together and there was an hour wait! We had booked. The food was cold, my £18 salt cod and king prawn risotto had 2 prawns in it! It just wasn't good enough, sadly. Even the tapas wasn't at its usual standard. Won't be recommending and won't be returning

We had a table booked for 5 people and we ordered food and drinks. The food took over an hour to arrive and it was stone cold and a tapas to share wasn't up to scratch as it had been in the past. We were offered a round of drinks on the house as an apology which was ok but we won't be back for a while.

Brought my aunt here for her birthday on a Saturday lunchtime. Huge portions! I had the crayfish macaroni cheese and certainly didn't need the garlic bread that came with it. Aunt had the fish and chips which again was big but manageable. Fish was well cooked and tasty but the chips were fab!! Wish I hadn't been driving as cocktails were asking me to try them. 2 meals with soda water and martini and lemonade ( that was def aunt's?) came to £37. On the main road so not sure if there's parking behind.

Very slow service, no bread as described with the soup, there was spillages and food on the floor from previous night, staff seemed to be inexperienced. When we went in at 12.20 we were told they needed the table back at 14.00!! Our main didn't arrive till 1325 so we felt rushed to leave at 1400 or just before. This is our 2nd and last visit to the Bank restaurant.

We had a lovely time there. The staff were so cheerful and chatty. The food was amazing. Good portion sizes. Lots options for gluten and dairy free. Great Menu.
