We came for Sunday dinner and were not disappointed one bit. Really friendly, efficient and helpful staff, meals arrived very quickly and all hot. The portions were huge (I never leave any but I actually couldn't finish mine and neither could my mam). We had a chicken, lamb and a beef and there was loads of meat along with yorkshire pud, carrot and swede mash, huge roasties, mash, cabbage, parsnips and broccoli with lots of gravy and it was all very tasty. We will be back for more very, very soon

Had a nice pint, nice lovely food and was at the time on a Friday mid afternoon so was quite, so food was no wait, you order at the bar and they have a variety of drinks and pleasant staff.

Went for Sunday lunch. Friendly welcome on arrival. I had the lamb and wife had the beef. Both excellent. Plenty of vegetables and large Yorkshire pudding. Large portion so did not have room for pudding. Dinner washed down with well kept Guinness.Would recommendParking: Ample free parking
