Wrote in the comments pizza garlic base as I’m allergic to tomatoes and even asking him if it was garlic. Got home to it being tomato purée, rang just to ask if I could change it and got nothing but abuse of the phone being screamed at. Absolutely vile people! I always order from here but since it’s came off just eat they have been awful. Will be speaking to my bank for a refund!

Absolutely disgusting. Came 40 minutes late and clay cold. Driver admitted it was chaos because of lack of drivers. Curry sauce dropped out of tub in one jellitous lump. Gutted because I have ordered food from them every week for months and have even recommended them to friends and family. Always been on time and delicious in the past. Phoned manager and he basically called me a liar to my face. Foodhub offered me 2x £5 vouchers but I politely declined their kind offer. Was never about compensation, just customer service and quality. Never again!!

Absolutely discusting pizza, the worst we’ve ever had, bolognese tasted and smelt like fish ????, attitude of staff totally discusting. Hope we are not sick after this

Delicious pizza. The dough for the base is both light and fluffy yet surprisingly filling. Perfect topping to bread ratio. Great chili sauce too, much better than the tinned tomato remnants that you get from other places.The only reason that it isn’t 5 star is because they forgot a topping, although i’m sure thats just an isolated incident (first time ordering).

Very disgusted in the attuide of them. Partner order food but never got told he couldn't pay by card it had to be done by a link with the come up as suspected scam. He ask if he could get it delivery so he could go to cash point. But we ended up walking out because of the attitude. Won't be going back

Being going here for ages and over the past few months the food has been very hit and miss. Recently however the quality has picked up and the delivery time has much improved. However tonight's experience is a bit of a let down. We waited for 1hr 40mins for food to be delivered and when it got here the pizza was lukewarm and the popcorn chicken wrap was missing the main thing, popcorn chicken. 12 bits of popcorn chicken do not make a wrap that costs £5.50!

Rubbish! Placed an order to coincide with the other half finishing work. Arrived 50 mins early, wasted my time trying to ring and complain for 25 mins as it was a constant engaged tone. If I'd wanted to reheat a pizza I'd of spent £5 in Asda not £17 for this! Never use them again.
Another faultless tasty experience. Good choices for everyone and saving stamps available. My husband having his favourite calzone whilst I tried a different pizza

Whilst I’m a mainly pepperoni type of pizza person (although I like others) my husband has been in search of the perfect Calzone since we discovered one in Pickering years ago. That one was packed with great fillings and his eyes lit up when he saw the Calzone contents from Ace Pizza (Ace Calzone Folded Pizza Kebab, garlic, chilli, BBQ, red onion, jalapeños & pepper May contain traces of allergens.) he wasn’t disappointed rating it the best one he had, beating the one in Pickering and ones he’s had in America! We’d also ordered the combo burritos for the next day as we knew what the quality of these are. Good pricing, delivered promptly and my pizza was lovely too.
