Friendly staff , food on the other hand was very disappointing I ordered mince and dumplings for £6.99 with nasty watery gravy that tasted only of boiled onion the mashed potato is the instant type and “all the veg” consisted of a few bits of tinned carrots and peas this place was recommended by Dave white of Hebburn ? named and shamed mush you monster it’s rotten I wish I took a picture

I was recommended this place. First time and last this cost me £5.75 for jacket potato and a little bit salad no value for money
We had been out geocaching and seeing the delights of Hebburn. After wandering around for miles and getting soaked through in the rain, we were in need of some sustenance. It was at this point when we found this wonderful café.We immediately felt relaxed and welcome. There's a good sized menu of hot and cold food and drinks. We enjoyed our meal and went on for cake for pudding. Hmm, very nom. (Incidentally, nom means milk in Thai). The staff are very friendly and we chatted with Malcolm, the owner. He gave us a potted history of the cafe which was interesting. There's still a few caches we want to find in the area so we will be returning sometime.

Fabulous, friendly service. Good menu choice and reasonably priced. Went for breakfast with friends and was lovely. Will definitely be returning

The breakfasts are not good for the price onion rings don't belong on a breakfast and the sandwiches are average and had a funny slight chemical taste to them
