Used to be a great dominos. Would order 1-2 times a fortnight. No longer ordering as the deals are shocking. The dominos is south shields/sunderland/washington always have great deals on and I buy from them now - but this branch has naff all, deals have slowly been disappearing over the last year or so.Pros:Food tastes great. Deliveries are quite fast. Collections are on time.

Absolutely appalling after spending over £40 food turned up late and cold this has happened on almost 4 occasions now I called up to be told a manager would call me back,I then called the following day as I had not received any call to then have my details taken once again to be assured the manager would call,Fast forward 5 days later I have now made contact with the manager called Chris who advised he had just started his shift and was to busy to be dealing with the problem and that I should have requested for the pizza to be collected, or email to the dominoes customer servicedominoes need to take a serious internal check on how their staff and especially managers deal with customer issues I will never order from this dominoes again hands down the worst customer service I have ever received judging by the amount of 1 star reviews I can’t see this place getting any better

Wouldn't know never been to the one in Jarrow, for a few years. It was over priced then so God knows now. It was the worst pizza I've had. I really don't understand the hype around this brand as some of the local pizza shops are much better quality and taste.

Received order wrong, rang to tell them they said they’re making a new one and send it right out, 45 minutes later and still not received, rest of the food is cold. Man on the phone was a bit arsey. Long time customer won’t be ordering from here again.

I am waiting for order 1h 30min - I live 5 minutes from the pizzeria. No telephone contact, no answers. I do not recommend Pizza Dominos from Jarrow.

Ordered the other day at 6pm, food finally came 2 hours later after having to call and query where my food was, came absolutely freezing cold. Never again.

This branch of Dominos is nothing short of a disgrace. We’ve had issues with delivery taking ages in the past but have given benefit of doubt of being busy but tonivht was shocking. We placed an online order at 19:10 with the website advising 22-25 mins for delivery. At 19:44, the website tracker updated to say it had left for delivery. After waiting 40 minutes we rang the store and the man who answered the phone was nothing short of a disgrace and very rude. He answered advising he knew and that they were very busy and had 5/6 drivers out. When we quizzed further about our own, he advised that the website was wrong due to how busy it had been on the night but driver had left around 2/3 mins earlier. This was at 20:20 and the food was not delivered until 21:02. So basically seems like a lie to get rid of us on the phone. Food was also cold so presume it had taken longer than it should to deliver as we are only 10 minutes away from the store! That’s final straw as won’t be using them again
