Not a wide selection of stuff on sale when I visited but believe that may of been the time of day and they were just sold out of the bits I fancied. Staff were nice polite and helpful and the place was clean enough.

Good product, inadequate service. Only one person serving on a busy afternoon when everyone was out Christmas shopping. Waited about 10mins to be served. Asked for something that was warm was given a scortching hot steak pie that has just bee out of the oven with no warning and burned my mouth with the gravy.

just went into greggs jarrow and the customer service skills from a certain individual with brown hair serving on tills on Saturday 19th November 2022 at 14:45, we went to the tills asking if they had any Mexican chicken oval sandwiches and one woman went out of the way to actually find out for us, she was blonde older lady, however there was another woman who had brown hair who was shaking her head at customers, saying it’s manic etc, we then got told they didn’t have some in stock, which is fair enough, we then proceeded to leave, we opened the door and one of your staff with brown hair shouted at us saying ‘shut the door I’m sick of chasing these birds out’ (which may I add was done in such a nasty manner) whoever has hired this woman needs to reconsider their decision as you can’t be having people like that working for your store speaking to members of the public like absolute dirt. Won’t be returning.

The food is greggs you know what you get BUT the service is shocking when on thur 12.30pm the que was out the door only 1 person serving and the other doing just eat orders we donot want to be standing out the door in the cold and rain need to get more staff
