Won’t order again! Tried to explain to the bloke who answered the phone after waiting an hour for food if you Google Sultan of Jarrow it gives you a few options for delivery (one being flip dish pay £4 get delivery in 40 mins) which i paid. he seemed to be very defensive saying “I never told you that” and “I don’t need this” his attitude was shocking I was only trying to explain but for some reason he thought it was a personal dig.Dont advertise to customers this option if you can’t meet the 40mins or you need to speak to flip dish and ask why this is plastered over google! Food arrived 20 mins after the call so 1hr 20 in total so more than double the time I thought it would be and the food was shocking when it arrived rice freezing and naan bread was rock hard
