“I come here quite often and always find the place clean and tidy. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Nothing a bother. That's why I come back....however...2 gripes. Twice I've been around 2-2-30 in the afternoon and they've had no grated cheese left, well, they did but it was still in the freezer....not a huge deal but they are open for a good few hours afterwards and the slice cheese is not much to speak of....2nd.....I've seen one or 2 members of staff not change their gloves in between different customers!! Even when they're dipping into chicken, bacon and then salad!! They keep the same gloves on to serve meat and salad and then the next customer!!Surely using the same gloves to handle meat and salad is against company policy?Not to mention the meat contaminating the salad! Vegetarians eat here!!I do come back becauseI like the staff, I just ask them to change their gloves before serving me. I shouldn't have to though surely?”
