“Wow wow wow! One of the best hot chocolates I've ever had! So rich and delicious! The chocolate whipped cream is heaven - a chocoholics dream! Sadly tried this prior to being diagnosed with coeliac, and these hotel chocolates are not suitable for people with coeliac disease. Sadly hotel chocolat is not coeliac-friendly, which is a real shame because I adored their proper ethical chocolate. I do recommend this to those that can try it! The iced chocolate is delicious too!”

“We always have good service at muffin break but today was exceptional. Thank you to the staff today came in with my disabled daughter and the staff could not have done enough. Coffee and food was excellent my daughter thoroughly enjoyed it. We will be back soon. Thanks again”
