Lovely pretzels, nice, soft and fresh. A lost of options to choose from, both regular and dairy free/vegan.

I bought a cinnamon pretzel for my niece, and it was completely burnt at the bottom. I took it straight back only to have it replaced with another burnt one, and was told they have to be in order for them to be cooked properly. All you could taste was burnt pretzel, absolutely awful!!

My son wanted pretzel bites but they wouldn't make them as they had surplus pretzels already made standing on the back shelf, after scowling at us and telling us he could only have a ordinary pretzel we were then served with a cold greasy pretzel from the back shelf. Will not be going back

Rubbish service. When the staff dies not want to make something specific they just say that they have run out of it. Hapened about 6 times in last 3 weeks

Lovely soft pretzels with plenty of topping optionsIf you’re looking for a little snack whilst shopping then Mr Pretzels is definitely worth a look. There’s a wide range of toppings to satisfy your sweet tooth but there’s also a few toppings on the savoury side too! - Including pizza and Parmesan cheese toppings! We went for the Nutella pretzel, we had to wait 4 minutes whilst the fresh pretzels were getting made which is fine because they came out warm and soft which just made them even better! They also sell drinks too which is handy. The lady who served me today was friendly and I got served straight away as there was no queue but be warned that this place can get really busy, especially at peak times and weekends.

Been visiting metro centre today and my son and little girl became very sick after eating the pretzel.. the pretzel was definitely not fresh and felt soggy ?Definitely not coming again and I’m going to take this to the council and food standards. And on top off that the staff was not friendly and the looked dead inside ?

Nutella Pretzel and milk chocolate Pretzel are very great and Staffs of this shop heated the pretzels very warm. That's why so delicious. I believe it is the best pretzel shop.

Service was slow, ignored for a long time whilst the two staff finished their conversation. One of them looked like she didn't want to be there. Serving counter not clear where you order from or where you pick up from. Pretzel always excellent but service was so poor I couldn't give it any higher than a 1

Great warm pretzels. Choice of sweet or savoury. Cold drink also available. Just outside of Primark, ground floor.

I went to Mr Pretzel in Gateshead with my mum yesterday, ordered one cinnamon and sugar Pretzel, it was a waste of money as it wasn’t baked properly and it felt like eating dough and sugar :(
