Can't really comment on the food, etc. as it's years since I've actually eaten in Nando's but dare say it hasn't dramatically changed.However, tried to go today & was told there's a 10 to 15 minute wait & to queue outside. I wouldn't mind but there were numerous empty tables & there was only two of us. When I pointed out the empty tables I was told it's because there's only 2 servers on duty & it's half term. Was half term a surprise? Maybe organise your rotas better & surely it's better to sit people down to wait at an empty table with a drink rather than outside & then give up & go elsewhere.

A number of years since I was last in any Nandos... not everything available on the menu on this day, quality was as good as I remember but prices ??? too high, once in a blue moon visits only.Dietary restrictions: Staff are very careful to check/ask if customers have any dietary allergies/issues which is good ?Kid-friendliness: Lots of families including very young children, plenty of high chairs for toddlers and babies.Wheelchair accessibility: Good access even to the toilets which were very clean.

Staff were all so lovely and it seemed like they were happy to be working! Their singing and dancing in the kitchen was really lovely to see. At the same time, they were extremely efficient and the food, as always, was lovely!

I love Nandos but the food isn't as good as it used to be. The portions are way smaller for the high prices the butterfly chicken was dry and the broccoli which i don't mind crunchy was actually raw and cold. Shame because I really liked it at one

Overall low score, purely because they still haven't fixed the Disabled Toilets door, which needs a back heel to open, which I reported some 6 months ago, today's date is 19th Sept 2023), let's see if this gets it fixed!

Food and service are great, but the atmosphere and cleanliness really pulls the overall score down. I'll avoid this particular Nandos in the future

Very nice nandos in Newcastle. The chicken fell off the bone. The peri-salted chips are way better than the plain salted. You can't even compare to the Nandos that you get in South Africa.

Nando's Metro Centre - Qube offers exceptional food and excellent customer service. We went for the whole chicken sharing platter with four sides. Kudos to the chef - we thoroughly enjoyed our meal and couldn't have made it better ourselves.The best grilled chicken is actually spicy? (something you don't get often in England) and very flavorful; it's a fantastic place. Undoubtedly one of the best halal restaurants in Newcastle.

You know what you get at Nando’s. Efficient, swift service, (served by Scarlet) & everyone enjoyed their meals. It was Saturday afternoon, very busy but we were served very quickly.

Our experience was shocking. We ordered separately and my partner ordered at the desk and I used the app. My food came no problem however my partner didn’t even get his starter until he went up after 20 minutes of waiting to ask. I had finished my main meal by this point and the starter had been finished for a good 10 minutes. Another 10 minutes passes and still no food. Eventually he got up again to go to the desk to ask for a refund. The manager stated there was a 15 minute window, bearing in mind we had waited 40 minutes and still didn’t have the food. There was tables that had come in after us that had gotten and eaten their food. The attitude of the manager was appalling, no consideration that we had been sat there for 40 minutes and I had finished way before we thought enough is enough.
